Licensors can always find their contracts in their licensor area of the ampsuite system. This will be generated for them the first time you assign them a contract, and they will be able to log into it at any time to view their contracts, statements, analytics, promotions, etc.
So if they ever cannot find a contract or a statement, the first thing to do would be to help them log into their licensor area.
You can do this by navigating to their licensor section in your system under Accounting > Licensors. You can then select “Send Login” to resend login details to them.
Alternatively you can simply send them a link to your own ampsuite system, they will be prompted to log in from there and if needed they can use the “Forgot Password” function to reset their password.
