What is ampsuite’s Publishing Admin Service?
With ampsuite's publishing admin service, we give you the tools to register, collect and process publishing royalties on behalf of your writers.
How does it work?
- We set you up as a publisher with your own IPI, generate IPIs for your writers, and provide back ISWCs.
- Our system is directly connected to a CMO. You create and send the works through your system to register them, and then our partner takes care of the global registrations.
- We then pass those royalties back through a consolidated statement to you as the publisher, then you use the same process as on the recording side to generate songwriter statements.
We've tailored the process specifically to fit in alongside the release submission workflow so you can do both in tandem, reducing duplication and allowing you to centralise everything.
Note: While some of the functionality is similar, the Publishing Admin Service is distinct from the the the Publishing Module.
Ampsuite's Publishing Module is a tool that can be used by clients who do not wish to register works through the Publishing Admin Service but are looking for a way to manage their contracts and process non-ampsuite royalty statements through the platform.
