Overview
The ampsuite Ideas Portal is a space for our users to have more visibility and provide input regarding development plans for ampsuite.
By clicking the lightbulb icon in the top right of your portal, you can view details on considered, planned, and launched features. You can also use this space to submit new ideas and vote on existing ones.
Interacting with Ideas
- Ideas fall into three separate categories depending on their place in development:
- Under Consideration: Ideas that have been suggested, but have not been confirmed for development, fall into this category. Voting high importance for these will help us decide which features should be chosen for implementation.
- Planned: Ideas that have been approved for development and are in our plans for future implementation. Voting high importance for these will help us decide how to prioritize them.
- Launched: Ideas that have completed development and have been launched to ampsuite. Please note, sometimes not all accounts receive all features.
- Clicking on an idea tile will allow you to:
- Read the full explanation of the idea
- See the date the idea was originally posted
- Copy a link to the idea which will be available to other logged in users
- Vote for ideas
- Select the importance of an idea to you, which will help us prioritize them
- A count of votes will appear on the top right of each idea, letting everyone see how many users have chosen an importance value of the idea

Voting for Ideas
- A count of votes will appear on the top right of each idea, letting everyone see how many users have chosen an importance value of the idea
- Voting for an idea will allow you to receive email updates from ampsuite regarding progress on these ideas
Adding New Ideas
- Clicking on the blue + icon in the bottom left of the Ideas screen will allow you to submit new ideas to us
- Provide details of your idea within the freeform text field
- Provide a vote on the importance of the idea
- Newly submitted ideas will be sent to our product team. If we decide to look further into the idea, it will begin appearing as a Portal card
